A “scan night” is an open-house style event where patients can walk in to our office to get a free scan and evaluation of their smile. A scan is a 3-D digital image of your teeth that allows our team of doctors to evaluate your smile without propping your mouth open for the entirety of the appointment. A scan also allows diagnosis and treatment planning to take place even after you’ve left the office. This is why it’s called “Scan Night.”
In addition to receiving a free scan, our team will also run a free benefits check, create a personalized cost outline for you (including any benefits coverage and your $1,000 discount), and answer any questions you may have about your teeth, treatment options, length of treatment, costs, or any other smile-related topics.

You are more than welcome to walk in at a scan night event. We understand that schedules can be unpredictable and planning ahead can be hard. It’s nice to have the option to stop by if you have time, but be free of obligation if your day gets too busy.
You are not required to reserve a time, but we do give first priority to those individuals who reserve their scan time in advance. Our scan nights are very popular events. We do recommend reserving a time to ensure that you will be seen, if you have the option.
Because our Scan Nights are heavily attended, reserving a time for yourself or your child ensures you’ll be seen and decreases your wait time.
