What’s a scan night? A “scan night” is an open-house style event where patients can walk in to our office to get a free scan and evaluation of their smile. A scan is a quick and pain-free, 3-D digital image of your teeth that allows our team of doctors to evaluate your smile without propping your mouth open for the entirety of the appointment. Once the scan has been taken, our doctors can review the 3-D image of your teeth with you so you can see too. A scan also allows diagnosis and treatment planning to take place even after you’ve left the office. This is why it’s called “Scan Night.”
In addition to receiving a free scan, our team will also run a free benefits check, create a personalized cost outline for you (including any benefits coverage and your $1,000 discount for comprehensive braces & Invisalign), and answer any questions you may have about your teeth, treatment options, length of treatment, costs, or any other smile-related topics, PLUS hand out your free Sonicare Protective Clean toothbrush! Celebrate the holiday season with us at scan night with cookies & hot cocoa.
This event is free and open to everyone. You can walk in between 2-6pm at any of our three locations on the respective dates. You are more than welcome to walk in at a scan night event. We understand that schedules can be unpredictable and planning ahead can be hard. It’s nice to have the option to stop by if you have time, but be free of obligation if your day gets too busy.
You are not required to reserve a time, but we do give first priority to those individuals who reserve their scan time in advance. Our scan nights are very popular events. We do recommend reserving a time to ensure that you will be seen, if you have the option.
Because our Scan Nights are heavily attended, reserving a time for yourself or your child ensures you’ll be seen and decreases your wait time.
