BRO Staff Spotlight: Meet Dr. Griffeth
Each week we will spotlight one of our talented team members here at Blue Ridge Orthodontics. This week’s BRO spotlight focuses on one of our orthodontists that you may find around any of our locations!

This team member competed on a really popular tv show and had a lot to say about his position in helping patients achieve their treatment goals. So, are you ready to check out what makes this team member so special?

Fun Fact about you:
I am a morning person and probably go to sleep before your grandparents.
What is the most unusual or interesting thing you’ve ever done?
I participated in the American Ninja Warrior show in 2017. They didn’t air my run (although I wore my dental white coat and American Flag shorts), but I did pretty well; just missed the finals. The best part was discovering the whole “ninja” community. It really is full of a bunch of incredible people.
Tell us about your role at BRO:
I get to make decisions about how to accomplish treatment goals for our patients and the best way to reach those goals each time they come to the office. It’s an absolute blast. I appreciate the trust patients give me to manage their care.
What are 3 words you would use to describe BRO?
Family. Heterogenous. Striving.
What is your favorite aspect about BRO?
There’s two things that come to mind. First is the people that work at BRO. We have a culture that is rich with positivity, selflessness and excellence. Secondly, I love how BRO has excellent team members employed to manage important aspects of running the practice and taking care of patient needs such as scheduling, finances, and communication. That allows me to focus my attention on providing excellent care to the patients.
Where would we typically find you outside of BRO?
Anywhere with family! I have a wonderful wife and three littles and I soak up every minute with them. If I break away from them you can find me in the gym, on a mountain bike trail or paddle-boarding on a river.
