Only September 19th in Asheville & Hendersonville, and September 20th in Brevard

Orthodontic treatment, whether for yourself or a child, is an investment. Save $1,000 on comprehensive treatment in September, two days only! We are hosting a “scan night” on September 19th in Asheville & Hendersonville and September 20th in Brevard.

A “scan night” is an open-house style event where patients can walk in to our office to get a free scan and evaluation of their smile. A scan is a 3-D digital image of your teeth that allows our team of doctors to evaluate your smile without propping your mouth open for the entirety of the appointment. A scan also allows diagnosis and treatment planning to take place even after you’ve left the office. This is why it’s called “Scan Night.”

In addition to receiving a free scan, our team will also run a free benefits check, create a personalized cost outline for you (including any benefits coverage and your $1,000 discount), and answer any questions you may have about your teeth, treatment options, length of treatment, costs, or any other smile-related topics.

This event is free and open to everyone. You can walk in between 2-6pm at any of our three locations on the respective dates. If you’d like to ensure that you have a spot reserved at a specific time during our event, you can do so using the form on this page, or by calling our office.

This is our last scan night for 2023. We are hosting this September Scan Night with a $1,000 offer to open up orthodontic treatment to more people. If you’ve been thinking about orthodontic treatment for yourself or a loved one, this is a great, free event to receive answers to any questions you may have – and to save $1,000 on treatment if you get started!

Blue Ridge Orthodontics is run by board-certified orthodontists, Dr. T. Luke Roberts, D.M.D., M.S.D.

Board-certified orthodontists have gone through hundreds of additional hours of education and have demonstrated their expertise in their field. Fewer than 30% of orthodontists become board certified.

With Blue Ridge Orthodontics, you’ll have access to experienced professionals with the credentials and patient reviews to show for it.

Blue Ridge Orthodontics has been straightening smiles since 2007. Our office has grown and changed with our city, but we’re still here to take care of our patients and give back to the community.

Blue Ridge Orthodontics gives back 10% to Asheville groups and non-profits.

What happens if I walk into a Scan Night event?

You are more than welcome to walk in at a scan night event. We understand that schedules can be unpredictable and planning ahead can be hard. It’s nice to have the option to stop by if you have time, but be free of obligation if your day gets too busy.

You are not required to reserve a time, but we do give first priority to those individuals who reserve their scan time in advance. Our scan nights are very popular events. We do recommend reserving a time to ensure that you will be seen, if you have the option.

What happens if I reserve a time for Scan Night?

Because our Scan Nights are heavily attended, reserving a time for yourself or your child ensures you’ll be seen and decreases your wait time.

You can request to reserve a time by using the form on this page. After you’ve filled out the form, here’s what will happen:

  1. First, you will be contacted by a member of our team about the days and times that work best for your schedule. We’ll also gather information from you about your insurance so we can verify your benefits and also gather the name of your dentist so we can request your records.
  2. Once that appt time is set, you don’t have to worry. We’ll send reminder texts and emails (if you give us permission to do so). That way you don’t have to remember another thing, we’ll remind you and you just show up.
  3. At your consult if you haven’t had recent x-rays at your dentist, we’ll take x-rays and photographs of your teeth, plus the scan. These will be used by our doctors to make the best recommendations for your treatment.
  4. In addition to your x-rays, one of our doctors will also take a look at your smile. We’ll also want to hear from you: what are your biggest concerns about your smile, what are your concerns about treatment, what activities do you participate in that might be hindered by certain types of treatment, and what are your hopes for after treatment?
  5. We’ll discuss total costs, your insurance coverage (if you have it), payment plan options, treatment length and any additional questions you might have.
  6. When you decide to start treatment at scan night, you’ll receive $1,000 off comprehensive braces & Invisalign + free whitening.
  7. Our treatment coordinators will also discuss the best date and time for you to get started on your new smile journey!

If you have any questions that are not covered in these seven steps, please ask a team member on the phone, or bring the questions to your scan. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and fully informed!
