Your first visit is complimentary. You’ll meet our team, we’ll take photos and any needed X-rays or a 3D iTero scan, and one of our orthodontists will examine your teeth and bite and walk you through your options. You’ll leave with a clear treatment plan and exact pricing. No referral required, and no pressure.

It depends on your smile and how many questions you have, and we never rush you. When you book, our team will let you know how much time to plan for. We offer early and late appointment times to fit around work and school.

Invisalign works well for a wide range of alignment issues, including mild to moderate crowding or spacing, gaps between teeth, a minor overbite or underbite and mild crossbite issues. As a Diamond+ Top 1% Invisalign provider, we can often treat cases other offices turn away. At your free consultation, our orthodontists will give you a straightforward recommendation.

Invisalign uses a series of nearly invisible, removable aligners that you wear 20–22 hours a day, and typical treatment runs 12–18 months. Braces use brackets and wires that work full-time, typically for about 24 months, and are often the better route for complex bites. At Blue Ridge Orthodontics, Invisalign and braces cost the same, so you can choose the option that fits your life.

Yes. We offer flexible in-house payment plans, including zero-down and zero-interest options, low down payment plans, family discounts and CareCredit financing. We also accept most dental insurance and all major credit cards. Your treatment coordinator will review every option with you at your consultation.

Absolutely. You are never too old to improve your smile, and we have patients in treatment from age 6 to age 80. Adults can choose from Invisalign, clear ceramic braces and traditional metal braces.
