- First, you will be contacted by a member of our team about the days and times that work best for your schedule. We’ll also gather information from you about your insurance so we can verify your benefits and also gather the name of your dentist so we can request your records.
- Once that appt time is set, you don’t have to worry. We’ll send reminder texts and emails (if you give us permission to do so). That way you don’t have to remember another thing, we’ll remind you and you just show up.
- At your consult if you haven’t had recent x-rays at your dentist, we’ll take x-rays and photographs of your teeth. These will be used by our doctors to make the best recommendations for your treatment.
- In addition to your x-rays, one of our doctors will also take a look at your smile. We’ll also want to hear from you: what are your biggest concerns about your smile, what are your concerns about treatment, what activities do you participate in that might be hindered by certain types of treatment, and what are your hopes for after treatment?
- We’ll discuss total costs, your insurance coverage (if you have it), payment plan options, treatment length and any additional questions you might have. We accept most private insurance.
- When you decide to start treatment during July, you’ll pick between a free iPad or Chromebook.
- Our treatment coordinators will also discuss the best date and time for you to get started on your new smile journey!
If you have any questions that are not covered in these seven steps, please ask a team member on the phone, or bring the questions to your consult. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and fully informed!
